FateVI Interactive LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use FateBoundVI™ (the "Game"), including during beta testing.By using the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

A. No Account Registration

The Game currently does not require user accounts. We do not collect:• Names• Email addresses• Phone numbers• Home addresses• Government identificationunless you voluntarily contact us directly.

B. Local Game Data

• The Game stores gameplay progress locally on your device.• Save data may be stored on your device.• Manual save codes may be generated.• We do not remotely store your progress during beta.• You are responsible for retaining your save codes.

C. Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical data automatically through analytics or backend services (such as Firebase), including:• Device type• Operating system version• App version• Crash reports• General gameplay performance metricsThis information is used solely to improve stability, balance, and user experience.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Beta Testing Notice

Because the Game is in beta:• Data may be reset or deleted.• Features may change.• Analytics may be used to improve gameplay balance and performance.• No guarantee is made regarding retention of local data.

4. Age Requirements

The Game is intended for users 13 years of age or older.We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.Romantic and mature gameplay systems are gated based on in-game character age progression and are restricted to 18+ in-game characters.
